“The thing that you do right is customer service. We know we have someone we can talk to who knows us and our circumstances. Too many companies are finding ways to limit or avoid contact with customers through digital answering systems that don’t have the right options or take you in circles, or by implementing “call centers” where you are unlikely to talk to the same person twice. Too often one is put on lengthy “hold” while being told that “your call matters”! It’s clear it doesn’t! Having become a Forest customer, I know I won’t have to put up with that. I did not know how much we missed having a single agent until we connected with Forest Agency.”
