“I’ve shared before that the most important reason, for us, for working with an independent agent is that we always know who we’re going to be talking to about our insurance. We know that we’ll be talking to someone who knows us, knows our insurance needs, and will always be working in our best interest. This is a far better option than having to deal with call centers where we could end up talking to a different person every time. To them, we were a number, rather than a customer. With our previous company, we had an agent we could call directly for many years and service was great. After they moved to the call center model, service and satisfaction dropped significantly while rates increased! That’s why we left and took our business to Forest Insurance. ”
