“You put together a wonderful insurance package. We have been insured since very young adults with great driving records and very little or no use of our insurance coverage. There comes a time when you need to use your insurance; We had damage to our roof some years ago and this was processed very efficiently. We have also had to utilize our insurance company for 2 accidents in the past 3 years and our insurance company Hanover was outstanding. Everything was handled so promptly and efficiently.
